'Incident' reduces Jacques-Cartier Bridge to one Montreal-bound lane

Motorists thinking about using the Jacques-Cartier Bridge to get into Montreal Tuesday morning will need to adjust their plans after an “incident” reduced the number of city-bound lanes to just one. The lanes leading to the South Shore were reduced to just two.

The nature of the incident was not immediately known but rush hour slowdowns are to be expected on all South Shore spans as traffic diverts away from the Jacques-Cartier Bridge.
