Seattle's Pier 70 hits the market, seeking best offers for prime waterfront spot
SEATTLE — Pier 70, a popular spot along the Seattle waterfront, is now up for sale.
It is one of only four privately owned properties on the waterfront. The listing for Pier 70 was posted earlier this month by Newmark.
The three-story building, located on the north end of Alaskan Way, spans 107,000 square feet and houses two street-level restaurant tenants: Aqua by El Gaucho and Pub 70.
While the listing does not specify a price, it is seeking a “best offer.”
According to the Puget Sound Business Journal, the tax-assessed value of the property is $27.3 million.
