Love Is Blind star Mike Brockway's legal troubles revealed

LOVE Is Blind star Mike Brockway’s legal troubles are coming to light after the self-described real estate investor bragged about his business on the popular show.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that Mike, 38, was recently sued and has several complaints against his businesses.
The Love Is Blind star was recently sued by a hospitality group in Colorado.
Colorado Hospitality Services is described as a company that “offers various services to hotel guests, such as lodging, and also provides hospitality services to other entities, which can include food and beverage, housekeeping, and event management.”
The company sued Mike and his company, Mile High Event Management LLC, in September of 2023, as well as two other companies and the Community Banks of Colorado.
The case was closed in February of 2024.
Meanwhile, a person accused him and his company, Peak Event Partners, of stiffing them for their wedding in 2023.
The person filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that July and claimed they paid half the cost of an event package, including tent, table, chair rentals, with Peak Event Partners that February.
A month before their wedding, they received an automated email from them asking for the remainder owed, according to the complaint.
“I wanted to make sure the details were finalized, so I emailed and called them repeatedly prior to making payment,” they alleged.
“I haven’t heard anything from them since. On 7/12/23 I went to their physical location and saw other customers’ complaints taped to their office door.
“The office looked like it wasn’t staffed in at least several weeks. The vendor was apparently not going to deliver on the contract for my wedding in 10 days, and was even requesting final payment.”
In addition, netizens on the Love Is Blind Instagram page flooded comments under a post with Mike and alleged a slew of other bad business practices in the Denver area by the flashy contestant.
Mike, who is a real estate investor, isn’t the only contestant on the Netflix dating show who owns pricey property.
LOVE IS BLIND PROPERTY OWNERS
As The U.S. Sun previously exclusively revealed, Sparkle Megan recently dropped a cool $1.3 million on a new Denver pad.
Her real name, Megan Walerius, is engaged to Jordan Keltner on Netflix’s Love is Blind.
LOVE IS BLIND SEASON 9 COUPLES
Many contestants made connections in the pods, but only six couples got engaged during the experience. Here are the couples who are engaged and hoping to say ‘I do’ on Love is Blind.
- Megan “Sparkle Megan” Walerius and Jordan Keltner
- Annie Lancaster and Nick Amato
- Ali Lima and Anton Yarosh
- Kalybriah Haskin and Edmond Harvey
- Joe Ferrucci and Madison Maidenberg
In the series, Megan, 33, proudly spoke about her wealth, earning her the nickname “Sparkle Megan,” and discussed how her status has impacted her dating life.
In the latest episode, Megan and Jordan are seen house hunting.
She tells her estate agent that her budget ranges between $1.5 to $2 million, leaving Jordan visibly surprised.
The U.S. Sun exclusively reported that Megan purchased a $1,363,102 home in Denver, Colorado, in June 2024.
Filming for the series began in early 2024. The property features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and spans 3,751 square feet.
According to the listing, the home was renovated in 2019 with “luxurious finishes.”
The main floor includes high ceilings, hardwood flooring, and a fireplace. Property records reveal the home is owned by a trust linked to Megan’s family.
Jordan’s name does not appear on the deed or mortgage, suggesting the pair may no longer be together.
HOME SWEET HOME?
While viewing a property (not the one she eventually bought), Megan said, “I am super excited to look at homes with Jordan.
“Having a nice home is something that is very, very important to me. That’s one of the things I definitely don’t skimp on.”
The other couples who got engaged on Love is Blind include Annie and Nick, Ali and Anton, Kalybriah and Edmond, and Madison and Joe.
The next release is scheduled for 15 October, with two new episodes.
