Sam's Club Has a New, Limited-Edition Dessert Tray Featuring Its Best Bakery Item

Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday this year, so my husband and I decided it’s the perfect opportunity to throw a party. It’s nothing extravagant, but the idea is to show our family members some extra love and enjoy a few treats along the way.

We’ve already collected a few candy essentials, including heart-shaped chocolates, Sour Patch Kids Message Hearts, and Kit Kat Bears. For dinner, we’re planning to dine on heart-shaped pizza. Dessert, however, was a bit more challenging to decide.

There’s no shortage of fancy Valentine’s Day dessert recipes to choose from, but I wanted to pick something that wouldn’t be difficult to prepare and could easily please a crowd.

It wasn’t long before the answer landed right in my inbox. It came in the form of a flyer filled with new Valentine’s Day products from Sam’s Club. As soon as I saw the newest bakery tray, I only had one question: Can I pre-order?

Sam’s Club Releases New Valentine’s Day Dessert Board

In December, Sam’s Club released a jaw-dropping tray featuring a variety of holiday desserts. It must’ve been a hit with members, because the retailer just announced its newest iteration: The Valentine’s Day Dessert Board. The bakery platter features a variety of popular treats thoughtfully arranged and ready to serve at your Love Day celebration.

In the center of the Sam’s Club Valentine’s Day Dessert Board, you’ll find one of the store’s most beloved bakery products, the Tuxedo Bar Cake. The retailer has stepped up the design for this specialty tray and added a chocolate heart topper. Bordering the cake are four Strawberry-Filled Vanilla Cupcakes and four Chocolate-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes. Each is decorated with colorful festive frosting and sprinkles.

In addition, the tray includes 16 heart-shaped cake bites drizzled in white, pink, and red chocolatey coating, and 15 Member’s Mark Heart Cutout Cookies.

The platter costs a little less than $50, which is a steal considering that all of the included products (There are 40 pieces!) bought individually exceed that price. Plus, it’s preassembled on a gold cake board, so all you have to do is remove the plastic shell and rake in the compliments from impressed guests.

If this is a must-have for your celebration, you’ll have to act fast because it’s only available for four days. According to the product page, it’s only in-club from Feb. 10 through Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14). It’s not clear if this product is eligible for pre-orders, but your local store’s bakery team will have the most accurate information about how you can get your hands on one.
