Dispatch Live: State of the Union 2026
President Donald Trump will deliver his State of the Union address on February 24 at 9 p.m. ET—and The Dispatch will host a special Dispatch Live to discuss it all.
Will Trump offer an olive branch to congressional Democrats, or will he continue to steamroll his opponents? How will this speech set the stage for the midterm elections? How might the speech be received by our international allies and adversaries? Steve Hayes, Michael Warren, and Sarah Isgur will share their thoughts on the speech—and the state of the nation. Congressional reporter Charles Hilu, who will be on Capitol Hill for the event, will also join the show to share his reporting.
