Region's largest homebuilder building condos on Cincinnati's West Side
CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Greater Cincinnati’s largest homebuilder is bringing a condominium development to the West Side.
Fischer Homes is building a collection of 62 condos in Hamilton County’s Miami Township. The development, called James Landing, will sit on more than 3.7 acres at 7515 Bridgetown Road.
The condominiums will span five buildings on the lot, broken into two 10-unit buildings, and three 14-unit buildings. Units will range between 1,065 square feet and 1,626 square feet.
