Luxurious N.J. development will have 365 units, rooftop bar, pickleball court
TAY Investments is planning to build a large housing complex at a recently acquired site in Jersey City that will feature 365 apartments, commercial space, a pool, hot tub, gym and a yoga center along with a pickleball court and a rooftop bar.
The 56,897-square-foot site is located at 212-230 Culver Ave.
Plans call for an eight-story building with 365 residential units, about 1,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and 184 indoor garage parking spaces, according to a statement issued by the company on Monday.
Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026.

A grand opening targeted for summer 2028.
The development will include The Sanctuary — a wellness area with indoor and outdoor facilities featuring a pool, hot tub, gym, and yoga and meditation center.
It also will include saunas, a cold plunge, a rooftop bar and a pickleball court.
The building will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments totaling 312,915 square feet.
