Is Fleet in excellent condition?

Mr. Bill Steinberg mentioned in his letter to the editor that “Fleet is in excellent condition”.

I beg to differ. 

The seams between the lanes have been opening up for the past few years.

There were a group of potholes at the corner of Queen Mary and Fleet. Luckily fixed. 

But then there are a large group of potholes and broken asphalt, westbound on Fleet between Queen Mary and Minden, that haven’t been touched.
