Real estate firm acquires part of NW OKC Expand Energy campus
Robinson Park, an Oklahoma City-based real estate firm, has acquired the west portion of the Expand Energy campus in the northwest part of the city.
In a social media post on Thursday, the company announced its acquisition of the corporate property in Oklahoma City, marking plans to redevelop the site into a mixed-use destination with a renewed identity.
The multi-building campus, formerly under the ownership of Chesapeake Energy, features amenities including a fitness and recreation center, indoor and outdoor sports courts, a restaurant and food hall, stadium-style conference space and parking.
Robinson Park said the campus will initially focus on workplace uses, with long-term plans allowing for complementary development, including potential residential options.
“Our focus is on creating a place that endures,” said Robinson Park CEO Mark Beffort. “This campus already has an incredible foundation. Our role is to build on that legacy and thoughtfully shape what comes next.”
As part of the redevelopment, the property will be renamed The Peake, a branding intended to reflect both the site’s history and its future direction.
