Developer proposing 12 townhomes on less than a half acre in downtown Frederick

A developer is in the early stages of planning to build 12 townhomes on East All Saints Street in downtown Frederick on less than half an acre.

The approximately 0.4-acre, or nearly 18,000-square-foot, property is currently a rocky undeveloped hillside next to the city’s George L. Shields Foodbank.
