Luxury home near Hyde Park Square hits market for $2.5 million
CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier/WKRC) – A luxury home close to Cincinnati Country Club and Hyde Park Square has hit the market.
The home at 6 Corbin Drive in Hyde Park is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom estate spanning more than 7,600 square feet. The home was listed on the market Jan. 14 with a price tag of $2,499,000. Julie Back, executive sales vice president with Sibcy Cline Realtors, is the listing agent.
“There is hardly any inventory right now,” Back told Cincinnati Business Courier. “The market is hot with a lack of inventory and lots of buyers.”
