Fischer Homes introduces new 26-home community in Greater Cincinnati

FLORENCE, Ky. (WKRC) – Fischer Homes has a new residential development in Florence. The community, called Glenns at Gunpowder, includes 26 homesites on 8.87 acres and features homes from the builder’s Maple Street Collection.

The homes are designed with flexible layouts, including open-concept kitchens, lofts and adaptable living spaces, according to the company. Prices are expected to range from the low $300,000s to more than $470,000.

Located off Gunpowder Road, the development is near U.S. 42 and Interstates 71 and 75.
