Big industrial flex building in Bergen County sells to logistics company

A large industrial flex building in Teterboro has been sold, according to NAI James E. Hanson, the independent commercial real estate firm that negotiated the deal.

The 14,664-square-foot property at 50 Hollister Road sold from 50 Hollister LLC to S Platform Logistics LLC.

The single-story building sits on 0.57 acres and is zoned for light industrial, which permits a range of commercial and business uses. The property combines warehouse and office space with 17-foot clear ceiling heights, two tailgate loading docks and 25 surface parking spaces.

Location played a key role in the transaction, according to NAI James E. Hanson.

The property sits near Teterboro Airport with access to Routes 46 and 17, Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike. NJ Transit bus and rail service are available, and the site is only about 10 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel.

Senior vice presidents Andrew Somple and John J. Schilp, along with associate Jessica Curry, represented the seller in the deal.

“Industrial assets that offer strong infrastructure, efficient layouts, and proximity to major transportation hubs continue to attract significant interest,” Curry said in a written statement. “50 Hollister Road’s functionality and location made it an attractive opportunity in a highly competitive submarket.”

Somple noted that inventory remains constrained in the area. “Well-located industrial properties in Teterboro remain in limited supply, and this transaction reflects continued demand from buyers seeking flexibility, access, and long-term value,” he said.
