Regional pool company moving into industrial complex in Morris County

Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey has closed two industrial leasing deals in Morris County which offered clients mid-sized space.

The firm facilitated a 4,800-square-foot lease for Anthony & Sylvan Pools at 385 Franklin Road in Rockaway, according to a Feb. 4 statement from the realty firm.

The regional pool builder will occupy space at the property, where Resource Realty principals Greg Sabato and Brian Wilson represented the owner.

Jason Horowitz of Triforce Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

Sabato and Wilson also negotiated a 4,000-square-foot lease renewal at 50 Williams Parkway in East Hanover, where they exclusively represented the landlord.

”The market positioning of Williams Parkway speaks to the enduring value of the East Hanover industrial submarket,” Wilson said.

Sabato said the activity extends beyond traditional logistics uses.

“High-quality, mid-sized industrial space is a ‘must-have’ for companies that need to be within arm’s reach of their customers,” he said.
