Bank renews lease, keeps 300 workers in downtown Cincinnati
CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A significant downtown office tenant has recommitted to its space, keeping hundreds of workers in Cincinnati’s Central Business District for years to come.
Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati recently signed a lease renewal for 80,000 square feet in the Atrium Two tower, where it is the largest tenant and has roughly 300 employees.
The lender, not a public agency but a privately owned enterprise with a federal charter, supports mortgage lending and community investment by providing liquidity to financial institutions.
